The Rising Stars Program
Built for kids aged 3 to 8. Eight levels, eight animals, eight wristbands — from White Rabbit to Black Panther. They learn real Muay Thai fundamentals while building confidence, discipline, and respect along the way.
The 8 Levels

White Rabbit
First steps. Listening, balance, and gym respect.
Yellow Monkey
Moving with confidence. Footwork, coordination, and fun.
Orange Tiger
First strikes. Punches, push kicks, and pad work.
Green Eagle
Defence and awareness. Reading what's coming.
Blue Wolf
Partner work. Combinations, pad drills, and clinch basics.
Purple Cobra
Speed and precision. Roundhouse kicks, elbows, and sharp combos.
Brown Dragon
Leadership. Advanced combos, clinch work, and mentoring.
Black Panther
Mastery. All 40 skills, full control, leading by example.
Why Animals?
Kids connect with animals way faster than technical jargon. Each one has a mantra, a colour, and a set of skills — 40 in total, from White Rabbit to Black Panther. It gives them something to chase.
Syllabus & Grading
40 skills across 8 levels. Five per level, building from stance and balance all the way through to full sparring control. We assess the kids during normal class time — no formal exam pressure. Pass the level, get the wristband and certificate. Gradings run every few weeks.
